For the Interactive Operations Director, we are seeking a candidate with 7+ years experience managing operational and systems projects to lead all operations in support of digital marketing programs for the Telecommunications Business Unit at Leapfrog Online. This leadership role includes ownership and management of the ecommerce infrastructure (including all web sites and data operations) which is used for online marketing and high-volume customer acquisition programs.
The Director will manage a diverse team including web producers and designers, product managers and operations managers. The Director will also lead the process of establishing the technical, functional and marketing requirements for the Communications vertical. The Operations Team gathers and prioritizes the requirements, while working with project management and technical teams to stage their testing and implementation in an Agile development environment. In addition the Director will collaborate with clients directly. The Director reports to the VP/GM of the Telecommunications Business Unit.
Responsibilities Include:
- Prioritizing operational needs within the Telecommunications Business Unit.
- Directing and allocating team members and resources to achieve planned business objectives
- Leading, coaching and developing the Telecommunications Business Unit Operations Team
- Working closely with the Communication Business Unit account teams to define technical support needs
